NOTES:

USS HORIZON Monthly Meetings are on the 4^th Saturday of the month.

1. Meet at the restaurant listed in the calendar. Order 10 minutes into

Meeting.

2. Meetings start at 1330 (1:30 pm).

3. Occasionally a meeting will be canceled or postponed.

4. Restaurant space is set up based on RSVP’s.

(please try to RSVP unless you know you are expected)

5. Event following meeting is listed in the calendar.

1. All events are RSVP to a senior officer or the event coordinator by

four days prior.

2. No RSVP’s will lead to event cancelation. Only RSVP’d will be

notified.

3. All event locations are checked for handicap access and event

needs prior to scheduling. Coordinator has this information.

8. Movies are at Forum 8 unless otherwise stated. If it is not showing

at Forum then we will view it at Hollywood. Please check local

listings.

9. Anyone may submit an item for this calendar three months advanced.

10. Movies will be the first one to start after 4 pm on the date listed.

Any other function with a tentative start time listed will go at the time

listed or the soonest start time after that.
